Cane’s Survey Guide is an independent, reader-supported information site about the Raising Cane’s customer survey found at raisingcanes.com/survey. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Raising Cane’s Restaurants, L.L.C., Market Force Information, or the sweepstakes administrator. The survey itself never happens here: this site has no survey form and never asks for a receipt code or personal details.
Why this site exists
Most pages about the Raising Cane’s survey repeat the same wrong claims — a 48-hour deadline, an instant coupon, “52 Box Combos,” unlimited entries. None of that is in the official rules. This guide exists to say what the survey actually is, in plain language, with every claim traceable to an official source.
How we verify what we publish
- We open raisingcanes.com/survey ourselves and record what the Market Force survey pages actually ask for and say.
- Prize, eligibility and entry rules are taken from the official “Customer Satisfaction Survey Monthly Sweepstakes” rules PDF linked from the survey page — quoted, not paraphrased from memory.
- Where the rules are silent (for example, how long a code stays valid), we say so rather than inventing a number.
- Each page carries the date it was last checked. When Raising Cane’s or Market Force changes something, the page is updated and the date moves.
What we do not do
We do not collect survey codes, we do not run a survey, we do not sell anything, and we do not accept payment from Raising Cane’s or from anyone else to say anything in particular. The site is supported by advertising, which is clearly marked as such.
