To enter the Raising Cane’s monthly drawing you must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Guam. Puerto Rico is excluded.
One entry of any kind counts per person per monthly drawing. Three receipts in one month still give you one entry.

The unusual part
Guam is in and Puerto Rico is out
That combination surprises people, and almost no other guide to this survey mentions it. Both are written into the rules.
Guam sits alongside the 50 states and D.C. in the eligibility clause. Puerto Rico is named separately as excluded.
If you live in Puerto Rico you can still take the survey and send feedback. You just will not be entered in the drawing.
Entry limits
How many times can I enter?
Once per monthly drawing, and the limit covers every route. A receipt entry, an app entry and a posted card all count the same.
So collecting codes does not help. The second one comes back as already completed, which people misread as a website fault.
Across a year there are twelve drawings, so twelve chances if you enter every month.
What you hand over
What information does an entry need?
A name, a street address, a phone number and an email address. That is how a winner gets contacted.
The real survey never asks for a card number, a bank account or a Social Security number at any point.
Winners are asked to return a signed liability waiver and publicity release within two days of being notified.

Can people in Puerto Rico enter?
No. The rules cover the 50 states, the District of Columbia and Guam, and exclude Puerto Rico.
Can Raising Cane’s employees enter?

How many times can I enter in a month?
Once. The rules allow one entry of any kind per person per monthly drawing, whichever route you used.
Does a bigger order give me more entries?
No. A small order and a large one each produce one entry, and so does a postal entry with no purchase at all.
