Raising Cane’s Survey Not Working? Fixes by Symptom

Independent guide · not affiliated with Raising Cane’s or Market Force

Short answer: when raisingcanes.com/survey will not work, it is almost always one of six things: the wrong address, a code typed wrong or already used, a blocked cookie or script, a dropped connection mid-survey, a VPN or privacy extension, or an outage at Market Force. Pick your symptom below — the first three fixes solve most cases in under a minute.

Updated 15 September 2026 — the code expires in 3 days. Your receipt prints “(Expires in 3 days)” under the survey code. The official sweepstakes rules state no expiry period at all, so the receipt is the stricter source and the one to follow. Full detail on the three day window.

What is the survey doing?

Symptom 1

The page will not load or shows an error

Check the address first. The real survey is reached by typing raisingcanes.com/survey, which forwards to raisingcane.survey.marketforce.com.

Correct

  • raisingcanes.com/survey
  • Forwards to raisingcane.survey.marketforce.com
  • Footer says “powered by Market Force”

Common typos that go nowhere

  • raisingcane.com/survey (missing s)
  • raisingcanes.come/survey
  • raisingcanes/survey (no .com)
  • raisingcanessurvey.com

If the address is right and you still get an error page (“the requested URL was rejected” or similar), the survey host is refusing the connection. Market Force blocks some automated or proxied traffic on purpose.

  • Turn off any VPN or proxy
  • Switch networks — mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round
  • Try once more in a normal (not private) window

Symptom 2

“Invalid code,” “expired” or “already used”

Invalid — almost always a typo

Re-read the receipt in good light. The code is 16 or 18 digits; enter digits only, no dashes. Check 0 against 8, 1 against 7, 3 against 8 and 5 against 6 — they blur on thermal paper. If one digit is unreadable, try its look-alike.

Expired — the code is finished

The rules do not print a validity window, but expired codes are refused. If the receipt shows a date to respond by and it has passed, that code cannot be used. Enter sooner next time, or use the free mail-in entry described on the main guide for this month’s drawing.

Already used — the earlier attempt was recorded

Each code opens one survey. If you pressed Start earlier and the page failed, the attempt may already be on record. There is no reset and staff cannot reissue a code; use the mail-in entry for the drawing if that matters to you.

More detail on each case is on the survey code page.

Symptom 3

The survey restarts, freezes or goes blank halfway

This is a connection or browser-storage problem, not a code problem. Work through these in order:

1

Move to a stable connection

A weak signal in the restaurant car park is the classic cause. Wait until you are somewhere with steady Wi-Fi or full bars.

2

Allow cookies for the survey site

The page needs a session cookie to remember where you are. “Block all cookies” and some privacy extensions break it.

3

Use a normal window in an up-to-date browser

Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, updated within the last year — not private or incognito mode.

4

Use the survey’s own buttons

Do not press the browser back button inside the survey; it can drop the session.

5

Close the tab and start again

Reopen raisingcanes.com/survey and re-enter the code. If it is now refused as used, see the “already used” tab above.

Symptom 4

Nothing happens after I press Start

Either a digit is missing — count them, 16 or 18 — or a script is blocked. Disable ad-blocking or script-blocking extensions for the survey site, or open it on a phone without those extensions, then try once more.

Symptom 5

I cannot switch to Spanish

Language is chosen on the first screen only. Go back to raisingcanes.com/survey, choose Español, then enter the code. There is no language switch inside the survey.

Symptom 6

I finished the survey but got no coupon or code

That is correct behaviour. The Raising Cane’s survey gives no coupon, validation code or instant reward. Finishing it enters you in the monthly drawing described on the rewards page; the only follow-up you could ever receive is a call or email if your entry is drawn.

Symptom 7

My receipt has no survey code at all

Some transactions do not print an invitation, and third-party delivery receipts never do. Staff cannot generate a code afterwards. The drawing still accepts a hand-printed 3″ × 5″ mail-in card with no purchase; the address and required details are on the main guide.

Symptom 8

Is the Raising Cane’s survey site down?

Occasionally the Market Force host has an outage, which shows as an error page for everyone rather than a code error for you. Wait an hour and try again from a different network. If the outage lasts long enough that your code passes its printed date, that visit’s code is lost — use the mail-in entry for that month instead.

Still stuck?

Who can I contact about the survey?

For a problem with the survey site itself there is no public support line at Market Force for entrants; the practical fallback is the free mail-in entry. For a problem with the restaurant visit itself, use the “Leave Feedback” form at raisingcanes.com/contact-us, which reaches Raising Cane’s guest relations directly and does not need a survey code.

Straight answers

Questions people ask when the survey fails

Can I get a new survey code from the restaurant?

No. Codes are generated by the register with the receipt; staff cannot issue one separately.

Will an old survey link from an email still work?

Only while its code is valid and unused. If the link errors, type raisingcanes.com/survey and enter the code from the email by hand.

Does the survey work on a tablet or smart TV browser?

Tablets, yes. TV browsers are hit and miss; use a phone or computer.

I entered my details but never heard back. Did it fail?

No. Only the monthly winner is contacted. Silence means you were not drawn, not that the survey failed.

Fixed it?

Go back to the official survey and enter the code once, in one sitting, on a steady connection.
