No. It is a web page that works in any phone or desktop browser. After an order in the Raising Cane’s app you may receive an emailed survey link, but it still opens in the browser.

The official rules do not set a number of hours or days; they only refuse expired or already-used codes. Any deadline is printed on the receipt. Take it the same day if you can.

16 or 18. Both are accepted. Type digits only — no dashes or spaces.

A typo (0/8, 1/7, 3/8 on faded paper), a code already used by an earlier attempt, an expired code, or a copy of the survey page rather than the real one. The survey code page goes through each.

As feedback, yes — once per receipt code. For the drawing, one entry per person per month regardless of how many surveys you complete. Using several email addresses or identities to get extra entries voids all of them.

No. This is an information guide only. It has no survey form, and you should never enter a receipt code, personal details or payment information on any site other than the Market Force page reached from raisingcanes.com/survey.

No. That is a different restaurant’s program. Raising Cane’s survey only offers the monthly drawing.

At random by the administrator, Million Dollar Media, LLC, on or about the second Monday of the month after the entry month. The winner is contacted by phone or email and must return a liability waiver and publicity release within two days, or the prize is forfeited and another entry is drawn.

No. No cash redemption, and the reward card cannot be sold, gifted or transferred. Unused meals in a month expire at the end of that month.

No. Caniac Club is the loyalty program with its own sign-up and offers. The survey is a one-visit feedback form with a separate monthly drawing. Neither affects the other.

Legal residents of the 50 U.S. states, D.C. or Guam, aged 18 or over. Puerto Rico is excluded, and so are employees, officers and directors of Raising Cane’s, the administrator and their related companies, plus their immediate households.

Yes. Hand-print your full name, street address (no P.O. boxes), home phone number, age and email address on a 3″ × 5″ card, seal it in a standard #10 envelope and mail it to:

One entry per envelope, postmarked by the last day of the month and received by the 7th of the next month.
