Why did nothing print at the end?
Because this survey does not hand out an instant reward. Some chains do, which is why people finish and go looking for a code that was never coming.
Your ratings go into reporting for the restaurant you visited. Your contact details go into the entry pool for that month.
That is the whole transaction. Five minutes for one ticket in a monthly draw.
The drawing
When is the Raising Cane’s drawing held?
After the calendar month you entered in closes. The rules describe one random drawing for each calendar month, with the first held on the second Monday of the following month.
So an entry made on the 2nd and an entry made on the 29th go into the same draw.
Odds depend on how many eligible entries arrived that month, and Raising Cane’s does not publish entry counts. Any site quoting a precise probability invented it.

How are winners contacted?
A phone call or an email
Using the details you typed at the end of the survey. A dead inbox or a wrong number is a real way to lose the prize.
A waiver to sign
Winners return a signed liability waiver and publicity release. The rules give two days to do it.
The reward card arrives
Free CANE’S for a Year is a card good for three Box Combo meals per calendar month for twelve months.

What if someone contacts you about winning?
Slow down before replying. Fake prize notifications circle every large restaurant sweepstakes.
A real notification never asks you to pay a fee, buy gift cards, or send a card number to release the prize.
And if you never entered, you did not win. That is the simplest test there is.
Questions about what happens next
Do I get a coupon at the end?
No. The entry into the monthly drawing is the only reward. Nothing prints on screen.
When is the drawing held?
After the calendar month closes. The rules set the first drawing for the second Monday of the following month.
How will I be told if I won?
By phone or email, using the details you left at the end of the survey.
How long do winners have to respond?

Is there a public winners list?
Raising Cane’s does not publish one on the survey page, and no third party site can check your entry status.
